Dynamic friction part number for pads that fit the fancy red calipers, I think. They definitely do NOT fit the PPV Calipers.

The pad hardware for the dynamic friction branded brake pads doesn’t work on the PPV calipers.

And wouldn’t you know it GM doesn’t include the pad hardware with their ~$300-$400 brake pads

What did you do about the pad hardware? I don't even see it listed on the GM parts diagram breakdown.

I have all the bits other than that, will be installing them on my '02 Suburban soon. Currently has the 4 piston 13.5" '21 Suburban/Yukon brakes.

I had my dealer order it.

85153957 is the part number.

It’s to service 1 caliper so order 2.

That PPV Brembo caliper is slightly different from other Brembos', the pad can NOT be removed without removing a caliper anchor bolt. See the pix listed as No.4.

Other Brembos' caliper have NO "cross member", after pads clip (hardware) being removed, the pads can be removed.

I haven't sorted the rear out yet, with the current front '21 burb brakes I'm still running the factory '02 rears. Even the 13.6" 4 piston calipers look small in the 20" Sierra wheels, so I don't think doing much in the back is going to ever "look" proper.

The PPV came w/ 20" steelies. They will fit over the larger brakes and rumor is that they also fit in the spare tire well and could work as a full sized spare. (one thing to note, is that the PPV does use slightly smaller diameter tires. 275/55R20 113V vs 275/60R20 115T)

Question, i bought the Centric SS Lines 66500 FR and 66001 RR for a 00-06 NBS because this is what i learned would work with the 19+ 4pot set up, when i found out these PPV 6pot versions were available, i jumped and decided to risk it, but now my complication is i bought a 08 Esky and want to hope these lines could work, anyone have a SS part number for front and rear that can be used when using these mammoths?

Everything is still sitting in my closet waiting on the rear end to be built. So I cannot verify if the hose itself will be long enough when the wheel is at full lock. Or if the rear of the caliper will clear the control arms at full lock.

Those hoses based/crossed on the numbers i have should be perfect to fit, length, connect, everything wise. My issues is i am wanting them to work on a NNBS 08 Escalade. I have not seen anyone mention anything about lines at all when it comes to this conversion, so i am hoping someone would chime in to verify or clarify. Ill post some pics of the equipment here shortly.

I kept it OEM for now in a sense due to ease of availability to parts and i didnt want to have to guess with any of the rotor sizing etc etc. OEM Pads are ridiculously pricey at about $536 MSRP. I wasn’t going to go that route, but you seem to have all you need.

I would check the brake pads for fitment on the calipers. I ordered the same Dynamic Friction from rock auto and the caliper pin holes didn't line up.

If you look at my pics earlier in the thread the holes do not line up to where the retaining pins go in the calipers.

So what did you end up doing? OEM? Nevermind, i went back and read through your post and i saw the part number you provided for the kit.

I did also notice with the dynamic stuff it does specifically state “exc Police package” so there must be a difference betweek the GM performance bbk and the PPV 6pot.

Yes as I couldn’t find anything that was listed specifically for the PPV. And nothing on the pads themselves crossed or had any automotive related results.
