This thread is great for info, thanks all! In the last month I have swapped my 2011 Escalade, and 2024 Yukon.

Below is the list of what I used for my 2024 Yukon swap. The PPV j55 Tahoe has different brake hoses listed, I have confirmed those fit. Also as stated before, the rear wear sensor works for the front calipers.
I ended up customizing a 18mm socket so I could remove the hub bolts without removing any ball joints, just need to tap the axle back a little.
I will keep an eye on brake dust, I believe it was said the Brembo pads make a lot of dust? My 2011 Escalade has power stop pads, so I should be able to compare.

PPV J55 2021+ brakes:
16" Rotor weight 87839222 40.8 pounds
6 piston caliper 84793057 weight w/pads 19 pounds

2021+ SUV standard brakes:
14" stock rotor 29.2 pounds
4 piston caliper w/pads and brake hose 19.8 pounds

GMt900:
13" rotor 25.4 pounds
2 piston caliper and bracket 18.8 pounds

Thanks for putting this together. After seeing these on a PPV and seeing that I could order the parts on Rock Auto vs the "performance kit" I started putting part numbers together. Since you did it first, I will be using this list when my wife's 2023 Yukon's brakes wear out which shouldn't be too much longer. The stock brake setup is terrible. Worse than my 2018 for sure.

Definitely the best upgrade I've made yet. For the sub $2,000 cost; it's certainly worth it. I opted to paint them myself, had decals cut and then properly cleared over top.

Will this upgrade not work on these oem 22s? Because ummmmm I already have all everything sitting in my garage ready for paint lol. Now I need spacers ?

My 2018 Yukon Denali has128K miles on the original brakes that still have plenty of pad left. I have all my parts ready to do the upgrade + 4 piston Brembos for the rear. Now to find the time.

The blue ones are going on the 2023 Camaro 2SS convertible I bought recently.

I failed lol. My wheels 22x9 24offset didnt fit I had spacers just in case. 1 wasn't enough .375 thick , with two it worked fine but not enough meat on wheel studs. Time to overnight extended wheel studs and thicker spacer

I just did the Brembo 16" swap on my 2011 suburban yesterday, I picked up the SUV about 4 weeks ago with 129k on it. Took me 6hrs most of this was dealing with brake bleeding which I probably need to get a scan tool that can cycle the ABS. I got GM performance Brembo calipers (new but cosmetically damaged) for $550 on ebay shipped. I got the Powerstop K8924 drilled/slotted rotors and Z23 carbon fiber ceramic pads for $250. Then got the SS AN washers, TRQ SS braided brake lines and the GM banjo bolts. What is nice is that the GM calipers came with bleed screws and the SS lines came with copper washers. Took me 5 min with a angle grinder with a cut disk and flap disk to modify the spindles, then used 2 SS washers on each mounting bolt to align the caliper. I'm using the stock size wheels (they are china knock offs apparently) which would have never cleared but I anticipated this with 31 offset. I ordered some 12mm slip on hub centric spacers and extended 14x1.5mm lug nuts and the calipers barely clear the wheels with maybe 1/16" of distance between the caliper and wheel spokes. Besides the brake bleeding and the driver brake hard line seizing up (twising the hard line) I was able to swap these over in 6hrs. Probably the easiest brake upgrade I have done. Still breaking in the pads/rotors but I hope good things from this! All in including 1 gallon of DOT 4 I'm in slightly under $1k!

FYI these GM calipers don't need the wheel speed sensor bracket bent or moved out of the way either.

I appreciate this thread which outlined everything that I needed to get! The stock brakes are not great and looked like they still had the original rotors on this thing.
