Personally, I'd rather tackle the plug than NNBS headlights. That spark plug requires something like two sockets- 5/8" spark plug socket and and a socket to remove the nut from the steering shaft crossbolt and you're working in the same area. The NNBS headlight requires 2-3 different tools to remove the bumper cover plus whatever socket (probably 10mm) to remove the headlight itself. Plus you're all over the ground on both sides. Just a bunch of unnecessary tedious BS.

Compared to the S10 heater core? Yeah- NNBS headlight wins for sure!
