Bruh... Sounds like your trans is in limp mode. Double check those fuses, particularly the TCM fuse(s) to see if any popped while you were reinserting them. Sometimes an old fuse can be fragile and break when pulling and/or pushing on it. You may wanna check them with a DVOM cuz sometimes they can look fine.
Duh. I feel so stupid. It was the TCM battery fuse missing. I'm not sure where I put that one....into an unused spot that now has a fuse lol. What an idiot. That's why I don't just start pulling fuses, at least not until this morning. I'll reconnect the battery in the morning since it's dark now and this battery is hard to get to. Thanks man.

Please don't ruin such a clean truck with those lights! Everything about the truck is oem+, either do clears or retros!
I like the way it looks now. I'm looking at doing retrofits. I wanted to do those on the Denali but never got around to it.

Glad you were able to figure it out.

Not necessary the heads but some clean led tails would look ****. And personally I'm a cleared oem or retro guy myself. Just some ideas to modernize it up a little.

Looks good. Gonna get a liner for the hood or nah ?
Great, there goes another $150. So I'm thinking yes. It would look nice. :emotions133: I think when my tax return comes in, I'll get a few more things like that. I just found out my Blackbear tune went up to $325 from $300 to add a VIN to my Autocal. But it will be a piece of cake to do. It will be nice to not only firm up the shifting and add a few HP but calibrate the speedo for the 26's and turn off the TPMS since there's no sensors in the intros.

IMO There are way more AM taillights than heads.

Cleanest taillights ever IMO:

Custom job. IDK how to describe it, maybe clearing stock tails?
Take apart stocks and clear aftermarkets, rtv the clear lens onto the stock housing, tape and paint to hide the RTV.
Lot of work, but looks **** and very unique.

Yea I talked to that guy about how he did it. Aftermarket lens on stock housing. But that's too much chrome for Mark lol. Awesome idea, maybe if he painted the housing black or colormatch.

Exactly what I was thinking- some LED tails that look like stock or possibly smoked. But not crazy, just clean and simple. That along with stock retrofitted heads.

Yeah but chrome...I'd have to do something about that. Soec-D has some clean ones for about $300...

Thank you. Yes they're 2 --piece intros. It's the only truck I've seen this particular wheel on and I've looked at plenty. They're not in their catalog.

We all have our moments. Ya gotta at least feel relieved that it wasn't anything major!

I got the cowl pieces today and installed them but I think I'll pull them and paint with the same stuff I used for the center part of the cowl. The black is just a tad off. Also got the center part of the rear bumper pad and backup cam; I was looking for a location for the cam and realized the spare tire lock/hoist cover isn't used on this truck since there's a fuel cell where the spare would go. I already have a locking ring set for the lock holder/cover thingy that was for the Denali so I'll just cut the tube off the back side and drill a hole the size of the cam lens in the door of the cover and mount it behind. It will be pretty stealth. Here's the tube/cover from my Denali for reference. I'll mount the cam and silicone the door closed.

Cool idea, just make sure you have it aimed correctly.

Up and down aiming can be accomplished via my toggle switch for the rear airbags! But yeah I figure I'll temp it in and make adjustments until it looks right with the truck level. But I will be able to aim it to the sky or ground with my suspension.
