Ok I want to be prepared and I don’t think my scanner tool has idle relearn procedure on it… sooo, how to do a manual relearn?

So I don’t really want to risk damaging the electronic throttle body on the this. I have little to no experience. So I’m taking it into the shop Tuesday. I just don’t even wanna deal with the idle relearn. I feel like I’ll miss something or mess it up.

Was excited to learn, but no one here in my area wants to help a guy on a car haha.

I think cleaning the MAF (with MAF cleaner) will do much more than wiping down the throttle body.

How dirty can the throttle even get? A layer of grime isn't going to really effect anything, right?

A dirty MAF sensor absolutely will affect MPGs.
