ok, thanks. I bet the pinion gears are worn/stripped.. Like I said before, this one has seen it's share of mud, and who knows what else before I got it. I also think my rear end may need some attention.. when I pull into a parking space or go about 5 mph or less I can hear/ feel either the rear end or something popping like a bearing is wearing out.. I know it's not a U-joint because I already replaced them..
