I went OE when I rebuilt my front end.
I emailed gmpartsdirect and got VIN specific part numbers.
Googled the part numbers to find the best deals and ended up finding GM parts dealers on eBay with the best prices and free shipping. Took my original arms and will press new ball joints in them so I can just swap them when I do this again :)

I went with Moog premium ones with their new ball joint boot integrated into the ball joint. Very nice piece. Super easy to replace the ball joint too and you can buy one anywhere.
You just have to pay attention to see if they protect the ball joint in shipping. It’s common for the grease fitting to break off in shipping if they install it before. They typically don’t but sometimes it happens.

Honestly, my next step if it goes that way is to purchase the Bajakits mid travel kit. I really wish some aftermarket company would design and build a beefed up oem style LCA for these vehicles. I think many people would jump on them.

They're around, you just have to search. I think cost will make them less desirable to most. Me, I love them :) especially the fabrication involved.

LSK makes just a lower but, not sure when they'll be available. https://www.lsksuspension.com/products/07-18-gm-1500-lower-control-arms?variant=36945418191011
Mazzula makes a nice upper lower kit. https://mzoffroad.com/collections/l...vy-gmc-1500-performance-long-travel-mzs-c3-1a

Thanks for this. I wish I would have seen the LSK lowers before I did the front end. I would have got a set of these. I think these will be in my future.
