Great job and looks good. How does it handle and the steering and suspension feel is good?

@PNW VietVet Much better, replacing the rear lowering kit was a huge improvement in itself and now I can take dips and speed bumps without worrying about bottoming out. Nice stance! It actually looks capable, like the Z71 should be. +100 points on your man card for nutting up and doin it yourself.
@Big Mama I haven't aligned it yet, I am debating on whether I should get wheel spacers first. Now that I have raised the Tahoe it looks kinda top heavy I want to push the wheels out to widen the stance. I am having a problem finding 2 inch hubcentric wheel spacers that aren't $200.X2 looks great, saved cash, got tools, gained confidence. Sounds like a home run to me. Did you get it aligned yet?
@PNW VietVet I understand and I usually feel the same way but I really like the way these wheels look on my truck and I'm out of truck spending money, plus I can't think of any wheels that I could get and keep the same theme with the white and chrome. Down the road I was going to get larger AT tires to go on them to give more cushion and capability when driving off pavement.I would go with a bigger/taller tire before I would use spacers. I am not a fan of spacers at all. Others here use them and like them but I will not be in that club.

@iamdub I have heard that you need to get spacers that are at least 1.75 inches thick or you will have to cut the wheel studs on the truck, that is why I was going for 2 inches. I would prefer to get these 1.5 inchers if they will fit. Will I run into any problems down the road as far as installing other wheels because of cutting the tips off my wheel studs?I was gonna suggest spacers but figured you'd ask or just get them if they were even an idea in your mind. I wanted spacers on mine for the same reason- it looked too narrow for the height. I lifted mine 2" front, 1" rear and installed 1.5" hub-centric spacers. I've since lowered it and the spacers are now on my brother's Sierra Z71. I had very minimal rubbing at full lock with the 1.5" and OEM size tires. 2" would rub even harder, but with yours being a little higher, it may even out and barely rub.
These are what I had: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GQECY16/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I run my Tahoe hard and my brother's no more gentle with his truck, pulls trailers, etc. Never a problem. All That was needed was to trim the unthreaded tips off the lug studs.

@iamdub Thank you, I have ordered them already. I am finishing up my truck with brakes, sway bar links, and wheel spacers next weekend. And then an alignment. Not at all. There's about 3/8" of unthreaded and rounded-off tip and well as a little bit of threaded area protruding from the lug nut when they're tightened. You're just cutting off the unthreaded excess.
Lemme see if I can dig up some pics from my build thread...

@iamdub Perfect that looks doable for me, might need to buy a new tool.
