Little things like this bug the hell out of me. When my fuel door closes it sets back inside the opening too far and is not flush with the body. I know what I need, the two little stoppers that are missing. Pics of the door closed and the open holes where the stops should be.

Maybe @915_Tahoe can chime in.

I think I actually found the right number for them...15283098

Junk yard gave these to me free

Same here. I grabbed ten of 'em once when I was there cuz my brother needed two for his Sierra. I used the other eight for feet for a small PC monitor and for something else I can't recall at the moment, but I didn't want it's steel bottom resting flat on the shelf.

My brother didn't even know there was anything missing. Even though he lives about 30 miles from me, it still bothered me just knowing they were absent and the fix was too simple to ignore. I had a job near his house one day so I stopped by and left them in a small plastic baggy in his mailbox. With a Sharpie, I wrote on the bag "No, Justin, these are not plugs for your butthole." I expected him to call me for an explanation that evening when he got home. It turns out, he doesn't check his mail for days at a time. Who knows what his mail carrier is thinking now.

Probably something along the lines that whatever is black and in that little plastic baggy are contraindicated for Justin's butthole. Just thinking out loud, though. :D

I kinda wanna order this and hang onto it for next time I need to give him something:

https://www.amazon.com/Ship-Your-Friends-Embarrassing-Prank/dp/B01N4NYGV0

I'd have to order it sent in Amazon packaging since I have good relationships with my USPS, UPS and FedEx peeps.

Or, I'll just send this directly to him:

When I was younger I liked going to salvage yards but as I got older and have more disposable income, I got lazy. I will go to a salvage yard in an emergency or to help a friend with their rig but just for fun, I have other places to go. My American Legion gets a lot of my time.
