Thanks. It has 1 3/4 Speed Engineering long tubes, no cats and a 3" straight through MBRP muffler.

I had a Magnaflow on my work van. It was used as a replacement muffler. Sounded good with a nice low rumble, and no drone. My MBRP has alot of drone, especially on the highway, due partly to having no cats, and it's a short-ish bodied muffler. It's LOUD lol.

It also depends on the length of the muffler. The longer/bigger it is, the less potential for drone--so I've read.

On a side note the step son gave me a set of the heated mirrors with the turn signals and puddle lights to put on my tahoe. Well they are white but as soon as the weather warms up I am going to strip them and paint them black and put led puddle lights in them. Also, one of the mirror glass is broken so I am going to order the glass for both sides and just replace both while I have them off the car.

I reckon the motor checked out and was legit and has paperwork. Step son is hopefully hauling it home as we speak. Now if i can just find some front and rear 373 gears to install when the motor goes in I will be good.

I'm a fan of magnaflow. I have the cat back on my Camaro and just the muffler on my ls swap c10. I don't care for super loud cars and these fit the bill nicely. When my stock stuff rusts out on the avalanche, I'll probably throw a magnaflow catback on it.

Those colored mirror covers are held on with double sided tape, they'll just pop off so you can pop on your originals without needing to paint.

Yeah tony that is that same one I was looking at. I want it loud and mean sounding on the outside but next to no drone on the inside so I will probably go magnaflow. I want to run a y pipe or x pipe to.
