haha I think the white powder makes things better for you, the purple powder makes it better for the people throwing it around? I don't know the details lol.
back in my Nola days old dude told me when he was growing up a friend's dad got so deep in the ju-ju he was driving the kids home, said oh shit, pulled over. hopped out of the truck, ran around the truck yelling something and throwing purple powder in the air.
got back in and drove off without saying anything about it. to this day, when people ask me what Nola is like, that's the story I gotta tell.
