Nice work.
Did you bend it a little bit or installed as is? I've seen people cut it a bit, then bend and weld back to restore the original position. I have mine waiting for a its time to install :)
Thanks! Just installed as-is. Works for me!

Hey everyone. I know some of you guys can find really good deals. I'm looking for a set of bilstein 5100 for a 2004 suburban z71 and the best I'm seeing is about 91 a shock. If you guys know of any places to look it would be appreciated

Super sexy frostfighter defroster repair mod today! Did the left side yesterday, tested for continuity, and the right side was shot too, so this will be all set for winter weather. f12f425cd69e39622098fd9aaf0a1b5d.jpg5f91abdaeb033548834c781d07255f58.jpg13f81ca6754d7a33ef4ae1feed71b471.jpgc320e8f12d86840c0247bf7bdddbb6c6.jpg
Next time which hopefully there won’t be but just in case...mask off a nice little area and then use something like a thin putty knife to level it with the surface of the tape. It leaves it plenty thick and looks almost factory. You should be good to go though- that stuff works awesome.
