Shit replace them with some cheap copper ones instead of putting those back in, especially #8 because that one might be the problem. Coppers are only a couple bucks apiece, then come spring put the good ones in when you have the cash.
exactly what I was going to post. Definitely can't hurt for less than $20.

Very nice! I’m so glad you looked at those plugs!! Need to get a whole new set in there pronto!
Yes sir, gotta get down to Advance tomorrow. Not looking forward to laying on top of the motor again.
Does anyone know what the gap should be? I found this--

But I also found that the platinum--AcDelco that was in it--should be gapped at .040. Anyone know for sure? Opinions? I think I MIGHT go with the Delco's 41-962, unless someone has a better plug. Opinions?

Found similar but the iridiums that I got were gapped at 40 or 45. I just went with what they were

Only thing with Amazon--might get a knockoff.

I had to copy and paste this review.

Purchased these plugs for a road trip on July 4th weekend. Had to change these plugs before Halloween. "More TRICK than TREAT." The center core electrode melted away in my set. I contacted AC Delco and they said it was upto the seller to honor any kind of a warranty. There is none listed for the product and the seller name is not listed either.
For the $48 I would anticipate they last a year (maybe more?) and come with some kind of warranty. Buy these and you will get neither. In a side by side comparison, these are the "Cheap Chinese Knockoff". NOT worth the money charged here. NOT actual AC Delco brand either. Go to your local parts store and buy the real thing. You will save $7, a little frustration and a lot of time. "Chuck Yeager would not be happy."
BUT--I just noticed this reviewer gave 10 reviews, but 7 are only 1 star. Is he just miserable lol?

AC Delco and get them locally, when I had the Esky I bought some AC Delco plug wires off Amazon they were fake ended up sending them back and buying them local, if it’s sold by Amazon and not a 3rd party your usually good tho

I run these double platinums, Tony. Rock Auto has them for under $5 each. Just buy from a reputable retailer.

EDIT: Mark's and Brett's suggestions are good, too.

He was saying he couldn’t afford good plugs, that’s why I was steering him to coppers just to get by. But yes, ACDelco platinum or double platinum or iridiums are the best way to go.
