I got a bit more done today. Nothing is permanent but it gives me a better idea. The upper ABS will be mounted more to the outside of the billet grill so it's petty much flush, and the bottom part above the light bar needs an aluminum backing bar bent to the curve of the light bar so the ABS doesn't distort. I couldn't tighten the screws too much or it caused waves even with spacers cut to height behind the bolt holes. But today I also discovered a new product from TAP Plastics that may change things. It's called Black & LED Acrylic Sheet. It's black until you put an LED light behind it, and then it turns the color of the LED. Hmmmm...
