My Bermuda Blue Hoe

I decided I want to do a build thread. I have a 2006 Bermuda Blue Z-71 NBS Tahoe. I'm not as fast with upgrades as most people, but I've had a lot of fun reading everyone else's build threads for inspiration. I have only done minor mods so far, but figured I'd share what I've done and maybe inspire someone else! Let me introduce you to my Bermuda Blue Hoe:

Bench Backseat and no 3rd row.

Of course there are infinite things we could do to our Hoes and Yukons, but these are my next priorities. Spending money on the mods along with the regular maintenance and whatever wears out tends to bleed a man dry. But I'll be damned if it ain't fun! I Love my Hoe and don't ever want another truck!! Console Vault is an easy install. Slides right into the stock center console and uses the same bolts! Love this gun safe!

Went with the heavy duty mats instead of the laser fitted. Front and rear

Another easy Mod! Fleece made it super easy for the 6-Hi. Take out the 4 fuses identified in the instructions. Place the chip down. Re-insert Fuses. and you're done!

I like the idea of the console vault! Been thinking about doing that to my 2006 Denali! Cool truck!

Upgrade to the tires and wheels gave the Hoe a great face lift. Looks way better with the bigger tires and the black wheels. I now have the Cooper Discoverer STT Pro 285/70/17 tires and ProComp 7032 Flat Black 17"

Simple EBAY CAI. Came with a chrome tube but decided to paint with rustoleum to Flat black.

Install is pretty simple for the CAI. Makes the truck sound way better and improves throttle pedal response a little bit

The linex on the plastic looks excellent! Much better than the stock grey!

This is on my list. Did you have it done somewhere? How much did it cost? Did the pieces get removed, or painted on the truck?

I took it to the Linex Authorized location here. Just happened to be a Nissan dealership. All parts were removed and painted.

I'll get home and find the receipt for the price. I got a good deal and an extra 15% off for being Law enforcement

I was quoted $750. With my discount I was out the door around $680. Of course they hooked it up and did the rear vent caps and the windshield air dam for free after my quote

This is the CB idea I'm going to work towards. All i do with the storage area thats there is put junk in there. Like the clean look of the integrated CB
