Rear trailing arm relocation necessary?

Would those of you with lowered trucks say the rear trailing arm relocation brackets are necessary? Is there a drop threshold where they would be recommended and where they would not? I see a lot of mention of DJM's endlinks but not so much the trailing arm hardware.

It certainly won't hurt anything to have them. Even with my air ride I can lift to stock height and nothing rubs.
