4.5” lift with no dropped diff or lower arms?! Ummmmmm, nah. I can hear the ball joints and axleshafts crying from here…just at ride height.

Something I've noticed with the RC and Readylift, no diff drop spacers. Asked Readylift about it and they said they're not necessary with the current gen geometry. Eek, I don't know.

Readylift seems to sit more level at their 3" lift and only have preload spacers in the rear. RC 3.5" has preload spacers in front as well, so could be a bit stiffer ride overall and tend to look nose high in a lot of pics to me. The 2" RC I have is slightly nose high as well, but not enough to bother me too much. Readylift also has some wiring/cable relocation brackets for the front where RC doesn't, so seems to be a bit better thought out.

I'd love to go higher but want to see a few 21-ups with these kits and higher miles to see how things are going.

Someone had posted pics of the trimming process Hurst does to clear 35's. They hack away A LOT at the front and rear of the fenders, I was both terrified and impressed. Wonder where the heck I saw that...

Yep, that worked! Looks good for sure!

4” with no drop brackets seems crazy to me. Are they actually netting 4”? Seems like there would be absolutely no droop travel left available in the suspension.

I have the Ready-Lift 3" SST lift, and it's the right amount of lift for me without compromising parking garage clearances. with 33's and the 3" lift, my height comes in at around 6'6".

What’s the offset on those?? That’s a good looking Yukon. What’s kind of rubbing and trimming did you need to do?

Hey Guys,

I just ordered the RC 3.5" lift and 35x12.5x20 tires. I want to use it on my stock Z71 20" wheel. Do any of you know what size spacers I will need to prevent rubbing UCA, inner fender, ect. I do not want them to stick out far. Just enough to not rub.

i would do the thinnest bolt on specer you can get...1"

i have seen 1.5 and 2, both protrude more than i would care for. i like to mine to be covered by a STREET FLARE if needed, so no more that about 3/4" out of the fender.

Would check how deep the pockets are in the wheels you have, your studs are going to stick out a decent amount with 1” spacers (unless you’re willing to trim them).

I’m running 1.25” bora spacers and they clear but it’s close without stud trimming.

I was looking at running the 1.25" Bora spacers as well. It should fit. If it does not, I have no issue with trimming.

1.25” will definitely fit, I had them on the stock z71 wheels for a bit as well

With that said I’m only talking the studs, only assuming the 1.25 are enough to clear UCA’s. And think you’re going to have a decent amount of fender work to fit 35’s.
