If the rotors are just rusted without being warped, have you thought about hitting them lightly with a palm sander and some good grit? It'll work to remove the surface rust--plus it'll save you some money.
Mine are rusted every few days after sitting. I just accelerate to 100 and hit the brakes a few times! Rust gone!

Yeah, spacers for the wheels. Its just one more thing to mess with. I have to run a 1/8" spacer on the front of the s10 because the center caps hit the hubs. Its no big deal, just something I'd rather not do. Plus the wheels already stick out too far IMO.
Stick out to far? Do you aspire to have 14wides and -69,420" offset?

Stop! I want big bois up front! I saved a few hundo on the rear brakes and your right I could probably wire wheel the rotors and get new pads but that's boring.

What hump are we shaving? I like shaved humps…
It would be this hump on the face of the caliper, I drew a detailed arrow pointing towards it.

Brakes are ordered, OEM AC Delco rotors $93/ea, Powerstop Z23 low dust pads $66, and one more OEM Caliper $92.99 Total $345 which I think is great for such an effective and hopefully very long-lasting setup, I assume with the OE smooth rotors I should get 60K out of the pads and turn the rotors when I change pads at 60k.

Did you do that machining? I don't know anyone locally with a milling machine

Love the artwork btw:)

The last set I bought from @1BADI5 and he did the "machining" before he sent them to me. This set I'll "machine" down with my Dewalt Death wheel and a flap disk. Poor men have poor ways.
