Got the axles cut up just need to spend 4 hours grinding the H2 axle smooth and preping the old mounts to be welded.

Only suggested because I think I recall people doing shit like that for brakes on fbody but I could totally be remembering wrong

I have seen it before and that just scares me, in a light car that only drag races and doesn't use its brakes a ton it might be alright. With 35s and lots of woopoow It might get hot and cause cracking.

Rotors look good besides a small pit spot the best part was my buddy at the counter gave them to me fofreeeee. By using these and the calipers and pads from the front of the Tahoe I removed when doing the 4pot swap I'll have $0 in brakes!

No, I'm in my Soloman Gortex running shoes see top left corner of attachment 1.

The nice thing is I stilll only have $450 in this entire axle build, the other axle I was building needed everything brakes bought new which would have been around $450 in itself.

Gotta catch their stuff in clearance when they make a new version of whatever shoe you like. Got these on amazon for like $65 they were “used” but laces were still factory tied and the paper appeared unmolested in the toes.

I can't believe you found a place that still cuts rotors. Just about impossible to find a place around me. I did find a place, but they want $20 a piece to cut them, and there's no guarantee when I'd get them back because it wouldn't be a priority. What did they charge you per rotor?
