Well, I need to change the title of the thread to include my 13 yr old daughter Molly.:)

Today I needed to do some work on the Yukon including replacing the passenger side outside handle, passenger side speaker and changing the oil. Molly asked if she could help change the oil, so of course I said yes. Who wouldn’t want to spend some time with their daughter working on cars? She is a very smart young lady and loves to work with tools and build things. She has her own tool bag with a basic set of tools which she uses to fix things like her bike or tighten things up in the swing set out back. I’m thinking she could give her older brothers a run for their money in that arena.

This is awesome! I can already sense some sibling rivalry to who can do a quicker/cleaner oil change. ;)

Got some more work done on the part swap between the donor truck and Joseph’s truck.

Was able to get the rear bumper off the donor truck with the use of a cut-off wheel on the angle grinder to cut the seized bolts off. Didn’t pull the one off of Joseph’s truck because they will likely need to be cut off and the local hardware store was closed.

We did get the hoods swapped today as well.
