Had local tire shop rotate the tires on two trucks today.
One truck they rotated the tires properly, the other they cross rotated all four tires instead of doing a rear wheel drive cross rotation. I even include a printed diagram and yet somehow they still get it wrong a couple times a year!
The diagram includes the tire pressures for both trucks, one got 38 psi instead of 31 psi. The other got 37 psi instead of 35.

I used to put chalk marks on the tires when I first started taking it in for rotations. But they obliterated the chalk so I couldn't verify where the tires went. That's when I remembered to look up the TPM sensor positions with the Tech-2. So now the relearn is done at home and verified with the Tech-2. That's how we catch them now! LOL
Of course, all the sensor positions/tire rotations are logged on an excel spreadsheet!
