checked the alternator?
I believe that one is designed to protect the fuel rail in case of an accident.
Which radio did you get? Have a link?
X2, I'm already liking the power/volume/tune buttons.
that's a chunk lower than I would be comfortable with, I think most autoparts storeS could load test it for you in the parking lotChecked the battery voltage this afternoon (haven't driven it today at all) and it's at 11.74V now but the temp is a good 25 degrees warmer than yesterday so... inconclusive. I also unplugged all of the vampires in the power sockets last night.
FWIW, my voltage was slightly (11.9v) higher than what you saw and I choose to replace the battery. In my case, starting was sluggish and REAL SLUGGISH in cold weather. I travel too often and leave my truck while out of town so didnt want to come home to a surprise wait for roadside after flying/traveling most of the day.that's a chunk lower than I would be comfortable with, I think most autoparts stored could load test it for you in the parking lot
V1 has left the chat
She had a good life around 10+ years I think, thankfully flat rate repair is only $45 including return shipping.View attachment 419598

Thanks gents. Good call. I’ll put in on a proper charge overnight and see where we land through the week with it.FWIW, my voltage was slightly (11.9v) higher than what you saw and I choose to replace the battery. What's mysterious about that?
I think it's s the mystery of what it's there for?
it's annoying in the way of oil pressure sensor changes lol.
It stares at me in the engine bay. It’s evil. What's mysterious about that?

Well, @Geotrash nailed it:
What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
well ya that's not good.... checked the alternator? Not yet. Alternator has about 45K on it.www.tahoeyukonforum.com
like head on crash that pushes the engine into the firewall?
as long as the serial number is legible the repair is $45 for gen 1I didn't know they had a flat rate on the repairs. Mine quit after about ~12 years and I've been flying blind since.

It’s alive!!! Today’s work on the LR2 (sorry, meant to post this on the what you up to thread in the lounge) was the intake manifold, remaining cooling system hoses, PS fluid reservoir, pax side motor mount, new radiator and all new fluids. Spent about 3 hours on it today in total. It really is a great runner - satisfying to get it all back together, too.
GM trucks aren’t the only ones whose motor mounts wear out:

And check the debris in the old PS fluid reservoir:
