it has always been my experience that you do not get the title until the loan is paid off, although in the past I have seen some other peoples titles with the lean holder on them before

We leased my wife’s Pilot, then decided to buy it. Got a loan from SunTrust, they said they didn’t care about the title. I have it but may be because I have SunTrust accounts. Dunno.

Well I got the new radiator from the lovely folks at rock auto. Got that installed, along with replaced radiator hoses. I'd still like to get the heater lines replaced, but I cant seem to find the right stuff....everywhere wants to sell me bulk hose...not stuff with the quick disconnects......the search continues.

Eh, if its low enough, and he's a long term customer, they might do an unsecured loan. My credit union did something similar. I bought my sequioa on a used car loan, but got a call a few days later from a lady in the consolidation department. I rolled up a few credit cards and got a wicked low rate, and it was all unsecured.

Made it to Destin/Fort Walton Beach FL this evening about 6pm after stopping off for a few hours at the USS Alabama in Mobile. We've been in New Orleans since Saturday and left there this morning.

The XL drove/rode great. The cargo area was filled wirh suitcases and other bags/crap, and my daughter took over the 3rd row while my 18yr old boy had the second row buckets.

It has a METAL Y-connector instead of the plastic one that came from the factory.

I haven't purchased one of these yet but I intend to at some point in the future.

I am hoping to hold out until Gruven gets the new T-connectors into production.

Just thought I would post this info as I was previously unaware that it was an option.

Ordered mine Monday for Thurs/Fri delivery and Sat install due to a failed plastic quick connect last Sunday.. I too spent a few hours tracking down parts. Dang plastic parts.... My hoses had GM numbers on them but the numbers listed are the newer ones.

I would buy it for the metal part but use the oem hose with oem quick connect on the firewall at least it would be one less thing to worry about

That was my thought as well... except I was thinking of just using silicone hoses.

I called Dorman and, unfortunately they don't sell the metal part seperate from the hoses... oh well, such is life.

you can find the whole part on ebay for like $35-40
