Really burns my bacon.

Agreed. I'm definitely going to be looking into one. Especially around these parts.

Yes. It does indeed suck. Fortunately, my insurance was on the ball today and I'm in a rental. We'll see how long I'm without her.
My guess if your lucky and they can just fix the existing bumper 1 week, otherwise 2 weeks if they have to order one.

I went all out and got the full d2s 4.0 kit, I think I was around $350 after discounts and everything but I got a bunch of extra stuff that isnt really needed. I was eyeing the retroquick kit but decided if if was going to crack open the headlights I might as well go all out.
Any follow up here? Had these lights for 2 1/2 years now, and can not stand light output. Tried leds, hids, silverstars and none work well. About to put oems back in again, as I have switched them out about a half dozen times.

Little clay bar work prior to the rain. Makes a dang nice 10 footer I think!
Hoping to have the lift installed January. Life keeps getting in the way...

I've noticed a lot of those around where I live and most of them the daytime running lamp/strip go out.

I've heard they burn out as well, I was more or less going to switch out everything on these now so I dont have to ever go back and fix it.

Mine have been on for about a year, truck is driven daily, I honestly don’t think light output is bad, better than stock and ubar lights up fine. To each their own i guess, maybe I haven’t ever really had any good headlights to compare tho...i too would like to see before and after shots, if you dont mind @Leo1103

nice!, I drooled over one like that but never had the money, now they are either tore up or stupidly overpriced

Yeah, about 4-5 years ago was the bottom on them. They've started appreciated now.

I bought mine back in '98 with 24k miles. Went high 11's with just a couple of bolt ons. Sold it to a friend of mine around 2012.

Haven't made any progress with them to be honest, they are on the back burner while I focus on audio for the next 2-3 months. I'll be sure to post updates when I start back up on them.

Not sure of exact agency, RPO is all govt delete or add options. It was in Houston, probably a staff or support. It has the strobe holes in the tails. It also has some holes up in the top of the back hatch where a directional bar was attached. It isn’t a PPV but they added the LS package so maybe FBI or something like that. I would love to know.

Maybe you can call GM directly and get a copy of the original order or original copy of the window sticker(forget ehat it's called). Bck in 94 I bought an 89 Formula and there was just weird stuff about it. Called GM and I was able to get a copy of the original order form. It was ordered by the GSA in Oklahoma and was ordered and used by the DEA. DEA was on the form a few times, and whatever was next to it was blacked out. Cool stuff.

Yes sir, I think it is nice to dig up stuff on a ride, especially if I am not familiar. Shoot, even then I have found out some stuff I was told wasn’t 100% fact, more like factish...

Alright so I just scored what I think is a sweet deal on an OEM fuel filler door. I bought my truck with this ugly dealer-installed billet fuel door and have been searching for a color-matched OEM one for some time now. Found one on Ebay after some extensive searching for $20 + $15 to ship, whereas other ones are $50 or more. It's got a little scratch on it but nothing that can't be fixed with some touch-up paint. Can't wait to swap the old one out.

That black rear pillar applique- is that a Yukon thing that I just never noticed or did someone wrap or paint it? I've tried to picture how mine would look done that exact same way, to make it look like the glass wraps around. Are there any other pics of that Yukon, like from that same seller selling other parts?

YES....

Although that one is unique because on most Yukons the ENTIRE applique and the spoiler for the 3rd brake light is black.

ya my original 3rd brake light housing and appliques are black on my yukon, but I changed that to the Escalade style and had the brake housing painted to match I just didn't think it would look right black
