Little clay bar work prior to the rain. Makes a dang nice 10 footer I think!
Hoping to have the lift installed January. Life keeps getting in the way...

I straight up super glued mine. Wasn't nearly as messy as I thought it would be. It has been holding for a few years in temperatures from -40 all the way to 120.I'm tired of the "wood" trim piece on my steering wheel squirming around when I grip the wheel. I want to swap the wheel for the non-wood, heated one. But my allowance is being spent elsewhere this month. So today I decided to try re-gluing it.

After asking here (with no response) and doing a bit of research, I decided to try contact cement. I was hoping for a less messy solution. But I masked off the leather and held a drop cloth over the steering wheel hub. I was able to keep the mess to a minimum.

I'm letting it cure overnight. I'll let everyone know how it worked.

LOL, I can always hear mine just about anywhereNot today, but last night I was walking out of Walmart and used the remote start when about halfway to the Denali. When I got closer there was a cart pusher worker going by me and asked what I had in that thing! I guess he heard it start up and it does have a pretty good/loud growl to the exhaust note, I can usually hear it start from across a lot.
I told him 6.2 liter

While slowing to avoid the biggest pothole known to man, I was rear ended by a non insurance having, hitnrunner.
Sometimes my exhaust crackles a little bit after startup when it settles down to idle, and hearing that echoing through the parking garage first thing in the morning almost makes me forget about my horribly cracked dash. Not today, but last night I was walking out of Walmart and used the remote start when about halfway to the Denali.
