I got a lot of work ahead of me. A lift would expedite the process considerably. Gonna knock some rust off and hit with rattle can rust reformer.

Decided to black out the bumpers with Bedliner after a quick test. Rear bumper is toast anyway it’s already rotted thru in a small spot under the rear step cover. Surprisingly the hitch is good and spare pulley system is good so far. Also found my exhaust leak, nice nail sized hole in the muffler.

where's the hole in the muffler? I've seen a lot with a small drain hole about the size of the nail to let water out.

Anyone know the correct part number for the plastic door panel pins? Ordered a set off eBay that of course don’t fit.

I recently installed a new grille and new upper fan shroud on my girl's 1990 K2500. The old grille chrome was separating and the old shroud was cracked in several places.

3 to 4 months back, I did all the light housings.

Are those fender washers OE GM? ;)
Those are left over washers I bought at Home Depot for a Ford Escape catalytic converter shield that had tore away from mounts and needed bigger washers to cover the torn holes. Customer cost of course.

The upper fan shroud install was a PITA. It is new and stiff and perfectly shaped and the lower shroud fought me to line up for all mounting bolts. The holes in the ends at top of shroud were slotted and bigger than the diameter of the threaded bolts. The washers took care of a good solid mount.

Put a test fit of new 2 me rims and it’s a good news bad news situation. Good news is I don’t need the spacers I was told would be needed. Bad news I didn’t notice the bore size. New offset will be noticeable.
