Just bought 6" lights:

They are getting HIDs and I'm mounting them behind the grille. Might put a touch of that niteshade crap that I despise on them to hide them a little bit. :banghead:

Filled up my power steering fluid before tomorrow's storm, 24-30+ inches of snow.

I am glad I'm not where you are...no offense...

Oh, yeah, Today I finally got around to having that annoying Y-pipe fixed. Call me crazy, but it runs like a new truck now...Then, to beat all that, My son and I went to eat and the starter dropped then and there...click click click. Replaced it right in Burger Huts parking lot...Knew that was coming. The busted y-pipe donuts were blowing right on it. Second time and it was cranking real slow...

One good thing, since I am planning on lowering the truck, I made a small trade.. They will install the keys and rear shackles, in exchange for the factory running boards...(I was taking them off anyhow) and they even took them off for me...I like the look a whole lot better...

Do you have the lowering parts yet? I bought a used 3/4 belltech kit (keys, shackles, hangars), but the tires I just put on are going to rub too bad with it. Maybe you want it?

unknown at this time.
took the dremel tool to enlarge the hole in the map light to insert one of these. http://www.superbrightleds.com/more...-led-bulb-9-smd-led-wedge-base-tower/207/925/

just enough to squeeze it in and just enough to hold it from jumping out of it socket in hard jolts giving the fact that the bulb mass has increased. at this time i have chosen to not reinstall the diffusion lenses at this time. the light output is excellent and smooth as it is now. each bulb has cost me $13 each and have only done the two in front. i still have for map lighting assemblies to go knowing full well i may never use them. but if i do in one way or another i want them there.
