Those temps are perfect! I guess you're far enough south to not get this horribly frigid front that is destroying our lives here. The frost is everywhere- on the grass, on cars, mailboxes...

Well, we're getting it now but it's been heated up! Overcast and windy and temps are falling, it's 70 out. About two hours north, the temps are in the 40s and 50s right now.

You guys are making me jealous....it was 19 this morning here. Might get to 31 as a high. I hate winter.

Oh since its what did I do...I ordered an aluminum z71 truck front diff skid plate.
Yeah. My truck said 11F this morning with a projected high of 22F. The weather guy was excited that we might get highs in the mid 40's this weekend, which for Iowa is almost shorts weather.

Was 28 here in houston this morning... But we get those days where you run the heater in the truck in the morning, ac in the afternoon... The humidity makes these temps feel way worse than they are... 90s here is 90% humidity, and you cut the air with a knife... 80s still isnt pleasant most days...

I guess I'm a firm believer in there is a limit to what I will take off, but I can always add more clothes...
Definitely agree with that. ‘Course I wear shorts all year around here. Pretty much unless I’m out blowing snow off the drive, and walks, I’m wearing shorts (and even sometimes doing that. Lol)

did my monthly under carriage inspection, looks like the girdle I put on the g80 has a super thin layer of diff fluid coating it, not even enough to make a drip but looks like it may be coming out of the 2 nuts that tighten on the bearing caps I guess I will have to get under there and make sure they didn't work there way loose (re-torque) did you ever run into that issue @Rocket Man.

I've always used teflon thread sealant on those threads. You can loosen the nut and back the bolt out enough to put the sealant on then screw them back in to put slight pressure on the caps and tighten the nut.
