Bingo.

It does ride better tho, even with just 4"spring. Without the air ride shocks it was just about sitting on the bump stops

What did you cut it with?

grinder on the outside just below the weld and on the ends, and sawsall from the outside to cut the inside about even with the frame rail, little bit of grinder around the fuel tank kind of just scoring it most of the way thru then break off with channel locks. its not that bad just nicked the frame in a few spots

if i ever was dumb enough to do it again i would prob run the sawsall for the outside also just gotta hope it doesnt start eating into the actual frame but its a lot faster

Yeah I did mine with a sawzall through both inside and outside at the same time. It's fairly easy to follow the frame without cutting in to it. Just have to put a piece of metal or something by the gas tank when doing the driver side so you don't get it.

Just looked at Bertha. Been driving the daily, Maxie. I've put 10k miles on the daily since April 9th. Trying to keep those miles off the Yukon.

With what I'm saving on gas ($440/month+) driving the truck, I pay for the daily payment and half of the monthly gas, lmao. 1/2 the gas to fill up and goes twice as far. I miss the sound of the FM's.
