Yes, you can change the tire size. AFAIK, anything you can do with the genuine Tech2, can also be done with the clones. The subscription would be to use TIS2000, which is needed for certain functions. And again, I’m fairly confident you can use a clone for any of those functions. The Tech2 just acts as a pass through while using TIS2000 type functions.

Not much to lose for ~$300
The tire pressure and type setting only effects the TPMS warning system. With a stock tire, the warning light won't come on until the psi is down to like 20 or 22. I raised mine so that the warning will come on when psi is like 26 or 28, can't remember.
I like this. It reminds you to put in winter air and will give you more warning if you have a leak on the road. Perhaps in time to get to a station for repairs.
That must have been a lot of flexing and twisting.
I would have been guessing or going to the dealer without being able to read chassis codes. Got a suspected flakey actuator coil in an Arnott shock.
Can’t program modules with those though, can you? I need to program new BCM’s, HVAC controls, door switch modules etc.
I thought only a Tech2 could program modules. Have you actually done it?
