Scratch in drivers door window advice

When I took to the dealer close to my house. Not where I purchased but dealer owned by same family. Took delivery of my Tahoe you could not see scratch. They tried to blame my tint shop which I have used since 1991. Wanted me to pay out of pocket on a brand new vehicle. Other brands cover but not General Motors. Thank you

Got any pics of the scratch? Unfortunately if it wasn’t there or noticed when you left with it they usually won’t even though you just spent a good bit. I did tint for a while good shops use carbon knives that cant scratch
