It’s a great company to deal with. I used carpet samples to match up with the bottom of the door panels, the sides of the console and the backs of the fold-down second row seating on my 02 Denali, all of those have carpet too. They sell good stuff.

It sucks when you run short..... Better to have more than you need ( return unused )

Before you spray the board--after removing the old headliner material--use a stiff brush to get all the old foam off. Whatever you don't will show through, or cause it to not adhere well. When you're all set, spray both the board and then the material. Let them tack up, then stick them together. There's no do overs, so make sure it's where you want it to be with no wrinkles. If you get a wrinkle, you won't be able to pull that section off to redo it. The foam will come off, then you're screwed. Do small sections at a time--don't do more/larger areas then you can handle. I like to use a plastic bondo spreader to smooth it out as I'm laying the material down--with it glued--. Sometimes it's better to have a friend help you out, especially with such a big headliner.

Awesome tip with plastic bondo spreader. I like idea of doing sections at a time. Then I don't have to worry as much about running out as I can go to store and get more then :)

    What Tonyrodz said........ :)
Another thought........When I wanted to re-do the headliner in my old truck,.... after I took the headliner board out, .... I decided to take the board to my local upholstery shop and have the experts do it.
I got it back later that day , costing $65. Including the adhesive & fabric.

( I was too chicken to glue the fabric myself, since it was so cheap to have them do it)
