Plans are officially out for pricing, have been since end of last week.

Grading guy moved equipment back out today. He said he's got a dozer back out there and moving an excavator tomorrow. Hopefully get the logs moved offsite and start final (rough) grade. We talked through what I want and I'm going to meet him tomorrow after work if everything goes smoothly.

Slow process

Went out there this afternoon. Freeze thaw is real. Top two inches of the pad were sticky mud. Didn't sink, just slid across it. Muddy mess of an avalanche.

Strapped the muck boots on an we rough staked the shop pad. They gonna have to redo about 50' of fill to get the slopes right for runoff. Not the end of the world, just one more slow down.

They'd started regrading the driveway and right side. It's all still too wet.

We talked through what I want. Hope it'll dry out at some point

Yukon has been parked, back to sort of stock ride height.
It runs and drives but needs some refreshing. Engine has been abused for several years and is tired, ring tension is kinda gone, transmission is pretty fresh in it, has a 263hd transfer case in it atm, no front diff, rear pinion needs new crush washer/reset. I bought a holley and some new injectors for it, but it just needs a lot to get it to hold its own with the new wave of trucks/suvs.

Glad to hear you're still wrenching. Missed you around these parts, if you couldn't tell from my months of checking in...fu-cker

Hopefully you'll stick around and I can finally get those parts installed...someday.

Ps, good morning
