Just bought a yukon hybrid with only 40,000km and went through my first tank of fuel. My numbers were not that impressive despite me doing my best to use electric and V4 modes. My average for the tank was 14.9L/100km and about 550km on the tank. Could there be something mechanically wrong here? Thanks for any input

Your units are all wrong, but besides that I wouldn't be impressed either. That is about what my wife got in my 6.2 Escalade before it saw boost. Now she doesn't get to drive.

a kilometer wich we call a klick in the army is about 2/3rds of a mile or .62
and its 3.78 liters to a gallon

550 km to a tank is about 340 miles wich is horrible for a hybrid ive gotten about 350 miles a tank in my tahoe and its a 2002
and 14.9 liters per 100km is roughly 4 gallons every 62 miles

wich comes out to about 15 mpg

^Damn! That's terrible mileage. I get better fuel economy in my Suburban. A hybrid should be doing better than that, I would guess.
