What kind of wheels are they.

Forgive me if I missed something,
But is it even possible for a bent UCA to cause your wheel to stick out evenly?
The UCA is more of a camber issue source. So basically, it being bent would cause negative or positive camber that would cause the top part of the wheel to be in or out more than the bottom.
If anything, it would an LCA issues (lower control arm) that causes the whole will to stick out.
If not, then I would say maybe it's an offset thing. Just because the camber adjustmnt is maxed out does not mean it is causing the whole wheel to stick out.
If all the other wheels are around a +35, and the front passenger is around a +20, that could cause the sticking out you are seeing.
Cheapest route to start with is swap the front wheels and see if the issue consists. If it does, then it is in fact suspension related.
Without taking it apart or putting it through tests, I don't know for sure, but I can tell you there haven't been any handling problems. It doesn't pull or shimmy or anything, so I figured it's still aligned, which, if my logic is on target, means the top and bottom of the wheel are plum? I'll have my guy check the tightness of the axel nut. Not sure if this means anything but the tire rubs on the back of the wheelwell.
@ mother in law test drivewith the wheel straight it touches the wheel well or only on full turns? Mine Grazes on full lock
That's if it is bent forward or backward. It could be bent in a "v" shape that makes it come in or stick out more.if it was a bent lower, it be more of the Wheel closer to the front of the wheel well or towards the back. Not saying it cant, but usually the wheel. Another Thing to be considered is if the axle Nut it properly Torqued. If it isnt seated right, the wheel could literally be falling off. As far as offset, Im trying to find the pm when i bought my rims off Tony, but im sure they only make them in a +22 offset. To me honestly i dont think the bottom is sticking out.
Did you try a different wheel in that location yet?!
Not yet.
