Forgive me if I missed something,
But is it even possible for a bent UCA to cause your wheel to stick out evenly?
The UCA is more of a camber issue source. So basically, it being bent would cause negative or positive camber that would cause the top part of the wheel to be in or out more than the bottom.
If anything, it would an LCA issues (lower control arm) that causes the whole will to stick out.
If not, then I would say maybe it's an offset thing. Just because the camber adjustmnt is maxed out does not mean it is causing the whole wheel to stick out.
If all the other wheels are around a +35, and the front passenger is around a +20, that could cause the sticking out you are seeing.
Cheapest route to start with is swap the front wheels and see if the issue consists. If it does, then it is in fact suspension related.

if it was a bent lower, it be more of the Wheel closer to the front of the wheel well or towards the back. Not saying it cant, but usually the wheel. Another Thing to be considered is if the axle Nut it properly Torqued. If it isnt seated right, the wheel could literally be falling off. As far as offset, Im trying to find the pm when i bought my rims off Tony, but im sure they only make them in a +22 offset. To me honestly i dont think the bottom is sticking out.

Without taking it apart or putting it through tests, I don't know for sure, but I can tell you there haven't been any handling problems. It doesn't pull or shimmy or anything, so I figured it's still aligned, which, if my logic is on target, means the top and bottom of the wheel are plum? I'll have my guy check the tightness of the axel nut. Not sure if this means anything but the tire rubs on the back of the wheelwell.

Is your Burban 4WD?
If so I'd stay off of that till you sort this out.

Ugh yes. She's my DD, so staying off of it will be tough. If you meant keeping it in 2wd that should be ok.

I don't know if it'll be 'ok' per se ... but it'll be better than if you engaged the 4WD and tried to get drive out of the off centered front wheels.

Yah I just meant it would be possible to achieve this until I get it looked at. I'm going to keep it off the road as much as I can until then, but my wife drives a Volvo, so...

These axles/differentials have failsafe tolerances that once exceeded, will light up your dash like a christmas tree with all sorts of stabilitrak messages and the like and put you in slow mode to protect the truck from you. I know that in the AWD trucks for example, any variation to the inter-axle differential greater than 2% from back to front will light you up and send a 'no, bad owner!' electric shock through the driver's seat. I've been trying tho. :)

Not when straight, but it looks like it's not at full lock either. Somewhere in the middle, then it clears again.

That's if it is bent forward or backward. It could be bent in a "v" shape that makes it come in or stick out more.

Not yet. I'm doing that tomorrow at 4. Then on Thursday I've got an appt for another service and I'm going to have them look at it to see if the axle nut is tightened properly. If all else fails next monday I have an appt to put in a new control arm, or maybe I'll just say f- it and do both upper and lower. I'll keep you peeps posted...I can't believe no one else has had this problem...seems like either I did something wrong or one of my parts is wrong; nothing too complicated, it's just figuring it out thats the *****.

Here is a stupid question, is the wheel sticking out, or is the fender pushed over?

Nope not stupid. The fender looks good, far as I can tell. No accidents to that corner either, so no easy answers, I'm afraid. :emotions122:

Geez. Of all the places you've been, no one swapped a wheel from another place on the truck to the front right?? This is crazy. At least that would have ruled out the wheel. It could be as simple as having the wrong wheel, yet you're already lining up suspension appointments...

Craziness.

I actually haven't been too many places yet, just trying to collect information before the labor bills are tucked up my pooper. Some say it's no problem, and some say I'll be ruining my car any moment, so I'm trying to cover all bases. I'm a busy fella with a lousy schedule and no second car so simple becomes complicated pretty quick.
