How much are people paying to have the motofab 1” installed? Or is DIY the way to go? Seems simple enough..

I normally would DIY but my wife and I sold our house before finding a new one so I'm without tools and a garage. How much are people paying to have the motofab 1” installed? Or is DIY the way to go? Seems simple enough..
Dealer quoted me $600 for 1” install…will likely go DIY.I normally would DIY but my wife and I sold our house before finding a new one so I'm without tools and a garage.
I'm getting my 1" installed for $440 including alignment.
I'm not sure the specifics of your ride (I have a 22 Yukon AT4 w/ Magnaride) and I missed the memo that you need the Magnaride relocation bracket. So I just ordered that and now delayed another week until that arrives.Dealer quoted me $600 for 1” install…will likely go DIY.
No you dont. At least not with my wifes ‘22 high country.I'm not sure the specifics of your ride (I have a 22 Yukon AT4 w/ Magnaride) and I missed the memo that you need the Magnaride relocation bracket. So I just ordered that and now delayed another week until that arrives.
Just wanted to give a heads up to you and anyone who might be considering this.

2023 Yukon XL 4x4 with air ride. Switch Suspension Links set about 2” of lift (maybe more), 285/50R22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers.
Overall very happy with the lift and tires. I can’t tell a difference in the ride. I am pretty confident I could fit the 285/55R22 without issue. View attachment 396030

Motofab told me I needed this bracket. But if I dont I would rather keep my appointment this week and get this rig leveled out.
I looked and I couldn't find any.Interesty…i just looked at the link you posted and its for the last model year…
Do they have install instructions?
I dont doubt there is an arm somewhere that could use the bracket…but in my case it was not needed.I looked and I couldn't find any.
I brought up that it was the older generation but he was adamant that i needed them for my 22.
I agree that with stock arms, it would be a terrible idea to stretch it that far. The RC kit comes with the new bulky UAs . If they made a 4" kit that would be what I would buy. I just figured that if Hurst Autoplex is putting on 2020 4" kits (which is just strut spacers and new upper arms) why would it be a massive jump up to just add it to the RC kit.as a mall crawler, you wont see teh movement required to NEED to increased angles of the new arms. That said, you stock arm angle will be maxxed out and any reason to NEED travel could result in breaking a ball joint.
please, do not drive in y state after completing this idea..EVERYONE ants CHEAP appearance type mods...there are reasons why engineered, insured companies offer certain amounts or added items to complete.
you could stack spacers to get the absolute max travel in one direction, but why would you want to...if you want 4", get a 4" with a cradle that corrects the angles.
DO NOT FORGET BUMPSTEER,
