Are grill guards / push bars universal except the brackets?

I have a bar I took off of a 98 Expedition in storage. I'm wondering if I can just buy a bracket kit to put it on the Tahoe.

I don't even remember the brand off hand. It was on my former police Expedition.

Was it Setina? The PB400 fits my 2000 NBS Tahoe. 8f794247abe4dc8aaf75209ac70500c6.jpg

It looks a lot like that. Could be. Do you have pics of yours mounted? And maybe the mounting area if I can be greedy.

Well I actually don't have it mounted yet I just know that part will fit my Tahoe. I've seen a video on YouTube where they mounted it and it looks like that bar bolts to the front tow hooks. Sorry I wasn't more help. [emoji51]

Looks pretty close. Id call setina and talk to them, you may only need different mounting brackets....
Although the bar does come back over the bumper towards thegrill a bit..... not sure if itll work.....

I emailed setina and did not get a response. Here's the bar up in the rafters. Needs some rust cleaned up.
I think it will look good if I can get brackets. b5141082d5ecf20209f2c41d71a5c28d.jpg

anything is universal if you have a welder and cutting wheel or torch
Yeah, I wish. I do know a guy that did some welding on my bike. So I may hit him up.
