I may be late to this party, but a friend shared this idea with me. For those performing an AFM delete, you really should plug off the towers rather than rely on the O-ring gaskets to hold back the oil pressure. It's cheap insurance, especially when it costs only $10.
Get a cheap wheel bearing, #A-37 (https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/...39/5426c6f5d17c/masterpro-bearing/a37/4497499)
Cut the cage apart to get the rollers out and tap one into each of the oil towers. They're tapered and, at their widest, are a good interference fit. I tapped mine to screw in set screws, but I had my engine out. This is a great way to plug 'em with the engine in the bay and without worrying about getting metal shavings in the engine.
