Nice. Honestly, had I known about them when I did mine, I would've done that instead of tapping. But I had the engine out and it had been a while since I tapped eight holes in a single day.

yea me neither, i did the same thing and tapped them to 3/8 and used some short allen set screws with some rtv

Zero chance unless you're running without a valley cover.

Speaking of, using such cheap plugs would be ideal if you were wanting to do an AFM delete as cheaply as possible. You could plug the towers and reuse the original VLOM, saving ~$60.
