After market keyless entry and keyless start system

Are any of these worth a damn? I mentioned in another thread, this is the one thing I wish I had gotten that I didn't. I just don't like having a big bulky key and fob that I need to pull out every time I want to enter the vehicle or start it. I like a nice small fob that I can tuck away in my pocket and rarely have to access. Are these after market systems decent? Anyone have any recs? Are they pretty integrated? I don't like extra wires or components unless the guts are completely hidden. Appreciate any insight.
