I got my red AcDelco Z-71 shock in yesterday.

Playing with it a little bit.....

It is the stiffest one of them all............

Yes........ including

BellTechs SP
OEM Blue shocks.....
Bilstein 4600 Stiffer.......
Red Tennecos Z-71....

As I have now played with them ALL first hand.

I'm surprised they are stiffer than the 4600s.
Remember you do not want them too stiff or the ride will suffer. The only reason why the 5100 stiff compression and rebound is good for me is because of the solid axle and large wheels. If I ran them up front they would probably be good too with the 26s, but with 20s they might get harsh.
Do you have 20s or 22s?

I did a test to see the difference. Pulled the tails off my Yukon XL.

Side by side no PS.

Oh and Color matched Bowtie too.......

Well neither is a G4 / G5.......

But to me the Yukon tails are cleaner looking. I will post 1 more picture soon.

Think I am going to do this and the Escalade third.... and move on.

To the next modification...... till I can swing more $$$. Just dropped like 800 on the leather for the Yukon. Jet black with red stitching

I think your stocks look much better than those Denali tails.

you should try for another set of g4's or stay stock, IMHO.
