I must say I have a "Crush" on these. Despite the Escalade look, and appliques, etc....

The reason being Grey and all. These would kind of match my truck color.

I'm almost positive you can find those dark ones in g4s.

Re: GoodInBlack's 2009 Suburban Build.

Oh I agree Jarin.

I still love the way they look.

Just having commitment issues due to quality control.

For starters CarID still has not issued a refund. I will get my $$$ back even if I have to call my credit card company.

Once I do get my money back then I will decide what to get.

My only issue is I am worried my next set may be like Ian's. Sumo.

His worked for a year, then crapped out. :banghead:

So basically I am scared to get another set. Though this time if I get them, it will be the Revotecs from Egay..... since I know they are all the same now.

Here are the lights I have:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/07-09-08-GM...essories&fits=Model:Tahoe&hash=item25643ec36a
They have to be smoked to really look good, but that was not a problem for me. I had G4s for about a year and a half and liked them. They looked good. The only complaint I had of the G4s is that when one side of the tail light (turn signal) would flash, the other side would slightly dim (my friends noticed this when they would follow my Tahoe from the back). It was probably due to the high wattage low quality resistors in them that cause all the issues that are related to those specific set of lights.
My new set looks better when it is lit up too. I thought about running a set of red IPCWs smoked out like my current set, but decided against it because I wanted "a like stock" look. My current setup is the 4th set of lights on the Tahoe.

Also, these are the Anzos that the G4s design is based off of. They look to be the same externally, but the Anzo is more reliable internally.

Hey Modded........

Hey bud, would you say that the G4s are brighter, or the Depos are brighter?

I find that the g4s don't change enough between braking and non braking for me.

Jarin's video shows them as pretty decent though. I really do wish mine had worked out.

Blazed are you talking about the difference comparing the g4 to the g5? Or just the brightness difference. Because my g4's are bright as hell.

I'm referring to the running brightness to the pressed brake pedal brightness of the g4
