much better! Every time you weld, you will improve. In 6 months, you'll look back and these remind yourself of that

if you can hold a continuous bead without burn through, you dont really have to do circles or back forth or whatever, you can just run a straight line. *if it's hot enough to not have roll under and will lay flat

The back n forth "slows" me down from just blobbing on puddles

No way to make the dual 3" work this low, with this axle, and not cut a ton. Even if cutting was an option look how much I'd have to remove directly under ththe body mount. No thanks.

Also look how little room there is before the axle smashes the pipes

time to ditch the frame crossmember imfo, exhaust is way more important

I'd consider a super chop, gusset the crap out of the body mounts and maybe run a crossmember further back out of the dom but. The axle will still touch the exhaust in 1" of up travel so it will still make noise and find resistance. Plus a single 12" diesel tip will look cool once I toot this thing out.

Get out the BFH! :Stupid Me:

With the recent rain weve been having I learned 3 things.

1: Windshield wipers are stupid expensive in town (average of $25ish per blade!)
2: Rock auto has awesome Trico wipers for only $8.50ish per blade
3: Nitto 420s like to hydroplane as they age. I don't remember them being this scary when hitting puddles but this weekend I almost shat my britches when I hit a shallow puddle and it sent me toward the ditch. This will likely be the deciding factor for going to a more "All season" style tire like a Michelin LTX when these are worn more.
