I personally hate how balloon tires ride it feels really bouncy and and like the tires just are always flexing around corners and such.

Mine aren't balloon tires IMO I might go a little less sidewall next time if I don't lift it up.

I gotta agree on 20's being the max. Love the look of Kaoticlife's 2 door on 20's. I went with 22's and I can't wait to get out of 'em. I'll admit I'm ghettoISH! :)

And I vote for the 20 LTZ's...

Tahoe's aren't racecars around corners. Try driving a truck with 38x11 bias ply tires on 15" wheels, then see if you want to whine about sidewall flex.

I had a 79 f350 single cab with 12"suspension lift and 3"bl with 44" ground hawgs on 15" wheels...lets talk about some flex but man did that truck look cool!

I just got a good deal on some 20" LTZ tahoe rims so I went and got tires and mounted them last night. Now I am not so sure which ones I like better and need opinions. Which do you guys prefer 20" LTZ's or 17" Z71's. I know it is literally night and day but I am seriously stuck.

hi , sorry for bringing back this old thread, but im about to purchase a truck with the exact same color scheme and saw those LTZ rims on ebay which caught my eye. i love the look and the fact that they seem "oem". question is do the 20's run size 275/55/20 tires? i dont plan on lifting or doing suspension mods. i just couldnt tell from the pics.

and are these direct fir or do i need an adapter of some sort

thanks
