Oh well, nice idea, but all LEDs isn't going to work. With parking lights on, turn signals don't work at all.

Might gonna try one incandescent in each parking light unit and see what happens ... if that loads the system enough.

People talk about adding resistors, but where, how? Should I try the Canbus version of LEDs?

Hack job after market rusted out muffler and exhaust replaced with a factory take off at a custom shop. I expected a bit more quiet than the rumble it had, but I didn't expect it to be so quiet I almost can't hear it running from inside. A well spent $75 in my view.

I noticed something on the way to the exhaust place this morning that never occurred to me before, not even the first few times I drove it. The center post between the two barn doors in the rearview mirror is kind of annoying. Hopefully I'll get over it soon.

Trip Odometer seems to have keflutzed.

Was working fine until I reset it this morning after gassing up. Got to 9.9 and that was it. It tries to tick over, but doesn't make it.

Unsure of gas gauge, so I drove 200 miles, then filled up. Needle was just under half and it took 15 gallons. That works out to about 13MPG which ain't terrific. But there was some idling, so ....

Despite some minor differences in parts and labor, shops want roughly $250 per door to replace the hinge pins and roller pins. About $150 of that is labor.

Not something I'm anxious to pay right now.

I gotta believe there's a way I can do it without dropping the doors.

Mine did that maybe 15 years ago, drove me nuts with the incessant clicking at the 9/10 digit. Then I ran out of gas since the gas gauge didn’t work either and decided to fix it.

I don’t remember if I swapped the trip odometer out or if it was just a clip that was dislodged, but here’s how to take it apart for a look.

There’s a red clip that connects to the trip odometer shaft, I think that had something to do with it getting stuck.
