Cool.

I've had to use Amazon and eBay for my projects because Mouser will only sell in bulk as far as I can tell. Sometimes I can't find the exact PN anywhere else.

I have found this Delphi connector catalog to be invaluable for matching GM connectors and terminals.

I keep a copy on my hard drive for quick reference. Once you find the part number in the catalog, I have generally been able to find a place to buy it by googling the part number.

As for Mouser, I have not had any trouble buying small quantities in the past. Maybe they have recently changed.

Link takes a password to log in. Care to share the catalog by posting it directly? Or how big is the file?

I'll try to attach the pdf here, it's around 12 MB. I'm not sure what file size limitations there are the forum.

Hat tip to @DougAMiller - always super helpful. Grabbed the file...tossed it on Drive for us TYF folks that have access issues with other link.

Thanks, I downloaded it to my PC. But it comes down as almost 60MB, not 12 @DougAMiller.

EDIT: the original link works without any login issues in EDGE. I suspect that my privacy settings in Firefox might have something to do with it.

The link that I posted may not have been where I originally got my copy. I've had it a long time. Probably why the file size is different.

Might take a look at this 2006 catalog (404 pgs) and compare it with the other (older?) one. It's about 26 MB. The download happens instantly, so be prepared.

Alternately, go to www.powerandsignal.com, click on the Quick Links dropdown and select the Aptiv catalog:

I know the links I posted have a description of what the connector is actually used for making it simple to find the one you need.
