Replaced the auto A/C aspirator fan


Fixed my Big 3 wire upgrade to have it pass through the RVC sensor and added a 4 gauge body sheet metal-to-engine block ground, making it a Big 5 upgrade


Replaced the hood-cowl seal


Fixed the left rear window switch by cleaning the contacts

Set all the tire air pressures to match

Haha way to go with the group response. I did stumble across the plug socket plus a 3/4" so i will have to give that a shot. I might even be able to get it with one of my deep wells and a breaker bar.

Got #8 out this morning. Wasnt tooo bad. just had to find the right combination. Ended up being my deep well + CV extension was the right depth and it came right out. Drove it work and it runs REALLY nicely now.

I haven't had an issue with #8 plug.
it could be easier, but using a swivel headed ratchet and a socket.
I don't recall if i needed a swivel bit or not, but it's not that bad.

Found getting the plug boot off was the hardest thing about it.

I found i like to loosen it manually, then zip it off with an air ratchet and some extensions /swivels.

I'll do the same installing, Start the threads manually.
Then zip it on with my low powered 1/4 air ratchet, then torque it down manually.

Only complaint is it can get warm when used heavily.

IIRC at the time, the Neko was quite a bit cheaper.

Changed 7 out of 8 plugs today. Ran out of time to get to number 8. Thats gonna be a absolute pain in the ass. I cant wait!! Driver side plugs looked like crap. Its also the side im getting some sort of noise on...fearing its the lifter failure. Passenger side plugs all looked decent enough for 90k, but definitely time to go. After plugs, the noise seems to be less and only when revving down towards idle. its kinda hard to hear at times. E85 also seems to have helped with it.

Be careful and not do what i did. Leaned on one of those hose’s and snapped the cooler Tee.

Better yet, if the Ts have been on there for a while, get some new OE ones and intentionally break the old ones off. Replace with new OE and they should be good for a long time. Get rid of the ticking time bomb.

You probably did yourself a favor. If it was that brittle it needed replacing anyway and was about to strand you on the side of the road.
