I drilled three 1/8” drains in the lower tube yesterday. No water. Immediately hit them with a shot of paint.

Thanks for the reminder to clean them up. I measured the bolts in case I decide to replace them.
I pulled all 4, but didn’t remove the tube.

You need to coat the inside of that thing with anti-rust. Use a 360 spray straw from the search below.

I have one I got years ago with a can of seafoam deep creep for cleaning intake manifolds. Its just a 3’ spray straw with several holes around the end and a plug so it sprays 360. If I had to replace it I would get this:

Manifold-cat flange studs had enough, threads magically disappeared. Thankfully O'Reilly's had dorman manifolds in stock.
That lil guy in the back could be why bank 1 is always leaner...
Grabbed it with vice grips and it just sheared off right inside the head... So it'll stay there until I pull the engine.
Finally got my wide band sensor in, I just need to wire up the module at some point.
FedEx finally dropped off my other lower control arm and expansion tank hose.
Through my resonator on the tail pipe(looks horrible) just tacked in place at the moment...didn't change drone as much as I thought, bit I'll leave it for the week to be sure.
Wonder if it would do more before the muffler.

I just spent $23 thanks to you. They have those at the hardware store to use but it would be good to have at home.

Don’t worry, you’re not the only one with this issue. Bummer you couldn’t get it out of there with a set of vice grips. That’s the only thing that I’ve ever found to work besides welding a nut/bolt in place.
