i would also look i to rear arms...i genrally run straight axle 3/4t trucks, and those front ends when leveled 3" generally need a 5/8" longer to center the wheel arch.

Trackbar is a must over 1.5".

Btw, the monroe shocks have grown on me. Better than I thought initially

I’m gonna toss the factory ones and install some AMP electric rails. I love how they tuck away underneath the vehicle. Gives an illusion that the vehicle is higher than it is

Yes! That's right. Needed to go back a few pages and read better. Agreed - they're going to look great and a nice added feature. Is the response time fairly quick when you open/close the doors?
Those power steps really do seem to be the closest aftermarket product out there that could also act as a rocker panel. Granted, an expensive "ding" that would be incurred, but still added protection to that part of our vehicles if the need were to arise.

Yeah I guess they could be like a rocker panel the ones I’ve had In the past usually opened at the same time you opened the door. A very very minuscule lag but not noticeable. I think these newer AMP steps plug into your OB2 port vs wiring up to each door in the past. I wonder if that slows them down or if the engineers figured that shit out to where it’s the same. I did kindnof frown when I found that out about the ob2. I was gonna use one of the range AFM disablers in the ob2 port but can’t bc the steps will be tied into it fulltime.

I'm Beta testing a new OBD2 plugin product & am also planning to purchase an AMF disabler or tuner (undecided on exact item thus far). The splitter was a MUST in order for both to work at the same time or I can use the open port for service diagnostics, etc...

Threw on the honeycomb inserts today to see how it would look. I see so many Denali Grills and I wanted to be different. I really liked the look of the SLT factory grill once it was painted black, and it looks pretty good with the jnserts as well. What do you guys think? Keep or save for rainy day.

I ordered that with mine, as well as a toggle switch to manually raise and lower the steps. Their part number for optional toggle switch is: 79106-01a

I too, like the build you posted in the first post Nokturnal.
I'm trying my best to find some Bilstein 5100's in stock some place so I can lift it about 1.75"-2" and tuck the biggest tire I can on the stock 18" wheel. Your build is coming along nicely.

If you think of it when picking it up, please ask the shop if they had any trouble installing the upper rear coil spring isolators. My install shop tells me they wouldn't go, ReadyLIFT is telling me they should be on there and definitely fit their spacers. If yours went on, I'll know who's right
